Public Display Rate

Rates include commission and tax.

NTC

Rates include Tripwix commission but no tax.

Payout Rate

Rates are what the owner wants to be paid out.

Net Payout Rate

Rates are what the owner wants to be paid out before tax.

Country

Add the country where the home is located.

Security Deposit

If it is a specific amount, add the number. If it is one nightly rental, write “1 Nightly Rental”.

Food & Bev Deposit

Add either a number or a percentage.

Gratuity Fee

Tips for staff when indicated.

Service Charge

Service charge added by Tripwix.

Home Service Charge

Any service charge required by the home. Add the percentage number.

Extra Tax

Could be Lodging Tax, Hospitality Tax, ISH, Shared Economy Levy, etc.

VAT Rate

Add the VAT rate that applies to the property.

Provided by Owner

Rates provided by owners. Use dots for decimals and commas for thousand separators.
